Born in Saskatchewan in 1959, and now resident in Campbell River BC. Darrell has pursued wood carving as an art form since 1994. He has developed much of his own style, incorporating traditional North American aboriginal and modern designs elements. He uses few power tools to create his work. He carefully incorporates the grains and patterns of the wood to establish the design of each piece. Therefore each piece is unique.
